The Story Behind Jonesin’ for Keto
Hi, I’m Suzi Jones, and Jonesin’ for Keto started in the most unexpected way… in my own kitchen.
I’ve been married for 38 years, I’m a mom of two, and a proud grandmother of six. Family has always been the center of my life, and like most families, food has always been part of how we show love and spend time together.
But for a long time, my relationship with food wasn’t healthy.
At my heaviest, I weighed 309 pounds. I could feel my health slipping away, and deep down I knew something had to change. The problem was, I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life eating bland “diet food.” I love food too much for that.
Then I discovered keto.
At first it was simply a way to try to improve my health. But as I began learning how low-carb cooking worked, something surprising happened… I started to enjoy the challenge of it.
What began as necessity quickly turned into curiosity, and before long it became a true passion.
I started experimenting in the kitchen, figuring out how to create meals that still gave my taste buds an epic journey, but without feeding what I call the “weight monster.”
And slowly, everything began to change.
The weight started coming off.
My energy improved.
And my health began moving in the right direction again.
Through keto cooking, I went from 309 pounds down to 125 pounds, and it completely transformed my life.
But the story didn’t end there.
Friends and family began trying the meals I was making. Most of them didn’t even care that it was keto. They just loved the food and kept asking when I was cooking again.
Then one day a friend said something that planted the seed:
"Suzi, you should turn this into a business."
That simple suggestion is how Jonesin’ for Keto was born.
Why I Do This
I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel when you're trying to eat healthier.
Life gets busy.
Cooking every night gets exhausting.
And staying consistent can be hard when you're tired or stressed.
That’s why my goal is simple:
To make eating low-carb easier for people who still want amazing food.
Every meal I make is something I would serve to my own family. Meals that are:

• Made fresh each week
• Convenient and ready when you need them
Because healthy eating should never feel like punishment.
